Why did you choose Lojelis?

Marc CIBERT: We have known Lojelis since the beginning! Sylvain Jourdy has worked with us since 2008 on the Oracle ERP implementation project. Thanks to the relationship of trust that was established, our partnership has been maintained throughout the years, until this new TMA mission.

 

Generally speaking, Lojelis has a history of real relationships and mutual satisfaction in working together.

What has impressed you most about Lojelis during this collaboration?

Marie-Laure HAMEL: The teams! The CVs that were presented to us met our needs, particularly in terms of experience in AMT and non-AMT. The mission went well thanks to competent, motivated and cheerful people!

 

Franck JOUBERT: It’s the sense of service and the respect of objectives in terms of deadlines.

 

Marc CIBERT: There is a real relationship of trust and transparency: there are no problems in saying things to each other, in both directions, which makes communication much easier. Over time, Lojelis has been able to determine the profiles that correspond to what we expected, to our projects, to our ways of working…

What are the three words you associate with Lojelis?

What were the problems and the organisation before setting up the TMA?

Marc CIBERT: All the support was done internally, which did not allow the teams to invest in other projects. Hence the desire to replicate the company’s American organisation in France (using an external service provider to manage these problems).

 

What were the objectives and expectations for TMA?

Marc CIBERT: The objectives were to free up time for our internal teams to focus on issues around solutions, complex subjects and to strengthen the partnership with the business while leaving the support tasks, which are certainly fundamental but sometimes a little repetitive.

The objective was therefore twofold: to gain in productivity and in value for our internal team.

To be very frank, it was also a question of securing the necessary and sufficient support for our application through continuous support.

 

Franck JOUBERT: It was necessary to offer our team the opportunity to work on new projects and not just be dedicated to support. This allowed us to rebalance the project and support parts of our team.

 

What were the criteria for choosing the service provider?

Franck JOUBERT and Marc CIBERT:

  • The quality of the offer
  • The adequacy of the profiles with our expectations, the understanding of the need and the problem
  • The cost
  • The language (French is mandatory for the production part)
  • The project approach, which had to be consistent with our way of working.

 

What are the advantages you have noted after these two years of collaboration?

Franck JOUBERT: It allowed for continuity of support during holiday periods, for example! There was a real internal challenge at the start, but also a challenge for the users, who were initially reluctant to accept this new organisation. In the end, they were quickly satisfied and continue to be so.

 

Marc CIBERT: I think we really achieved the objective of saving time while ensuring continuity in monitoring.
